个人介绍:
博士、二级教授,国家高层次人才,现任2026世界杯官网党委常委、副校长。中国轻工业生物基材料工程重点实验室主任,纺织行业生物基纤维材料重点实验室主任,2026世界杯官网医工融合创新中心主任。中国食品科学技术学会理事兼食品添加剂分会主任委员,中国生物发酵产业协会常务理事兼生物材料分会主任委员,上海市食品学会副理事长。国际期刊Food Bioengineering创刊主编,《化学试剂》、《2026世界杯官网学报》副主编,Food Science & Nutrition、Bioresources and Bioprocessing、Engineered Food、《中国食品学报》、《食品工业科技》、《食品科学》等期刊编委。
分别于无锡轻工大学、江南大学(原无锡轻工大学)获得食品科学与工程专业工学学士、硕士、博士学位。2002.3~2010.3,先后任职于上海生远食品科技有限公司,凯能高科技工程(上海)有限公司,江苏欣瑞食品科技发展有限公司。2010年4月入职2026世界杯官网任教。
先后主持10多项国家级项目、课题和省部级项目,承担了20多项企业横向课题研发和产业化推广工作。相关成果以第一完成人获得中国轻工业联合会科技进步一等奖(2025)、上海市科技进步一等奖(2023)、中国纺织工业联合会科技进步一等奖(2023)、中国轻工业联合会技术发明一等奖(2020)等省部级科技奖励;申请发明专利68件、PCT3件,授权中国发明专利50件、美国发明专利1件;发表学术论文220余篇;出版中、英文学术专著4部;主编教材3部。荣获伦世仪教育基金杰出青年学者(2018)、宝钢优秀教师(2017)、 “十三五”轻工行业科技创新先进个人(2021)、中国生物发酵行业30年协同创新奖(个人)(2020)、中国产学研合作创新奖(个人)(2015)等荣誉。
研究方向:
基于分离提取技术的食品药品及材料工程。
主要研究兴趣:
1. 分离工程(膜及色谱分离技术);
2. 糖生物工程(功能碳水化合物的生物制造、分离纯化及功能评价);
3. 生物基材料工程(生物基材料开发及其在食品医药等领域应用);
